I am one of the unlucky American P800 users in search of a firmware upgrade. Thankfully, I trave to Europe frequently and have my next trip next month. I will be in Glasgow for 2 days and then Birmingham for 3; does anyone know of a reputable, quick place that I can go for a firmware upgrade?

I got mine upgraded at Intercity mobile in Birmingham. There were no problems with the upgrade execpt it took two days to get my phone back due to them being busy.

I have more time in Birmingham then I do in Glasgow, and when I Glasgow I will be staying out at St. Andrew's (don't cry for me, fellow golfers).
Question: when I turn the phone in for upgrading, do they ever give out a loaner to use with my SIM?

I have used TRS, couple of hours turnaround, very good.
If you are flying into Glasgow, you could drop it in to TRS, they are kinda on the way from the airport into the City.
