Is it possible to download / synchronise a UK sports news website? I use Mobipocket, but that only gets the main news (& a Eurosport news that doesn't seem to update.)
I know I could surf it - but that's no good for my half hour journey home on the underground!
Any ideas?

Dunno, but it sounds good.
Could come in handy.

Use Repligo to grab pages off the Web. Works great.

Thanks for the RepliGo suggestion. It looks good, but it's not quite what I'm after here.
I'm really after something like Mobipocket - the BBC website (and many others) say they support Avantgo, a program that seems to be aimed at Palm etc. Can't see anything to say I can run that on my P800. Can I? If not, is there other software out there to do it?
So the thing is not to copy pages from a website, but to automatically download a file provided by the website which I can read with appropriate software on my P800 (on the tube home!)
Many thanks for any further ideas!

Having had a bit more time (no longer supposed to be working) I've searched Esato and it seems there's no such s/w at the moment.
Most likely hope is that Avantgo do produce something, so everyone who's with me on this, come on, lobby them!

You can create your own Mobipocket news files from any Web site or URL. Although simple Web sites designed for handhelds work best. The process is a little too complicated to explain here, but a Google search on "mobipocket enews format" should give you the necessary information. By far, the easiest way is to grab an existing file pair (mobipocket requires a .enews and .css file for each site) and modify it for, say, BBC sports.
