Sorry to have to ask a dumb question, but anyone know how to find a SE service center in Vienna? Or even whether or not one exists? I'll be there next month and wouldn't mind getting my R1D firmware upgraded. Alas, I don't speak German, so the SE Web site for Austria is of little help to me. TIA. Stephen

well this is the best I could do. I could not find a service center. I would ring these people or go there! They are a dealer for the p800!
But I would not do it in venna!

Hey! This shop is 100 metres away from where I live!
I can go there tomorrow to see if they can do a software upgrade with english version. But I doubt it...
