I can send and receive file, connect GPRS but can't synchronize outlook with XTND connect PC (SE software) via Bluetooth.
How to fix it.

Connect to the phone via the Bluetooth serial port. Note which COM port is being used.

Go to control panel and click on the Phone Monitor icon. Make sure the COM port used by the Bluetooth adaptor is the same as the one that is enabled in the Phone Monitor options. You can disable all the others.

Now, when you click on Synchronise, the software should find your phone.
