> T610 or P800?
Bookmark topic
Hi guys I havent been here for ages and I am about to change phones again so I thought I would attempt to guage opinion on what I should do. Here is my dilema, my vodafone contract is a year and a half old and I currently have a T68i, I have been holding out to get a P800 (waiting for the price to drop a little) but yesterday Vodafone phoned me and offered me a T610 for £70.
Ok what do you guys think?
Does the T610 have any additional features that the P800 lacks?
Is the P800 just too old and big already
is the P800 worth about £200 more than the T610?

Depends what's important to you...
The only things that put me off the P800 were the price and the size issues... To the best of my knowledge I don't know of any features the T610 has over the P800.
But I'm more than happy with my T610!

I must admit I am swaying towards the T610 at the moment even though I have been looking forward to the P800 for a while
I have got to decide by six o'clock tonight cos that is when they call me back. is £70 good value for a T610?

First: 70 is a very good price for a T610. no doubt
T610 - P800 -> There's no comparison. I mean that if you want utilities, P800 has all of the T610's plus more (except 65K screen. P800 is visible in sumlight otherwise).
The "only" thing that the T610 is better is size, weight and battery life.
So... it dependes of what you want. In my case, I like very much the P800, but I know it wouldn't suite me because I like to "wear" the phone in my jeans, shirt pocket, go with him to the beach... so P800 is too big for that.
If you dont' mind size, go for the P800. There's nothing the T610 can do that P800 can't.

Vodafone were offering the phone for £30 on the 200 minutes contract, which you can change after 3 months...

i remember someone from SE mentioned that t610 is a bit of p800-t68-t310 in one..
but p800 still is on the top of my list esp in terms of features.. i'll go for that one.

If you've been waiting for the P800, why not get that it must be what you really want. :-D
