Does anyone know the code to perform a master reset? Also...............do you lose any of the programs or is it a standard reset to factory settings?

Go to control panel and do a master reset. The code is: 0000
It resets it back to factory state, so you will lose all programs and data and things like chess that you installed from the cd.
You will not lose things like calendar, tasks, etc.
