Finally after calling my T-Mobile shop and endless visits they got some new stock in today. They still don't knowledge the fact they had problems with the phone. The lady at the counter said that they had sold many and I am the only person to change my T610. How strange
Anyways they changed it and I tested it and now I can say that R3A / 03W23 are hissless.
Thanks, for the help as I would of never picked up this information

tho i think u want 2 find out the production date (eg. 03w20) for that its on the label under the battery of ur fone

I got my old T610 week 17 replaced today for a week 22 one. Hardware version R3A. No hissing and loud poly sounds as before. I even felt the camera on my new handset was better. more sharp, bright, and your hand doesnt need to be very steady also. Clicked some snaps with ease. So now i doono if the camera has been improved or was my old T610 was crap.
