Hi there!
My phone hang during startup. I cannot even get in. ahh!!! anyone can help me? maybe can install new program or what?

Unfortunately it sounds like theres nothing we can do for you if the phone just hangs. Possible try removing the Memory stick ?? Have you got an early firmware version ? because there was problems where if you filled up the phones internal memory it wou;dn't be able to boot, and only a service centre could fix it. Later firmwares fixed this by having a file called Slopfile.ini which "reserved" some of the internal memory.
Looks like its gonna have to go back to an SE service centre to be repaired.
