Hi - Got two contract phones with mms on o2. After several attempts I have managed to send a mms from each phone to the other one. The problem is that they never arrive!

It's the first time I've tried sending / receiving mms in two months - generally worked ok before.

Any ideas pleeeeeeze??????

Ahaa! ... one message arrived - 55 minutes later. The other one still hasn't arrived - 21 hours later.

35 pence down the drain! - Not the first time either.

You'd think OFTEL would test the quality and reliability of these micky mouse services. O2 is so unreliable - often text messages take over 45 minutes to arrive - a bloody pigeon would be quicker!

Moan over!

call customer services and tell them, they might be able to refund some of your money

Perhaps the work being carried out on mms by O2 today (received txt saying mms will be taken out of service for a few hours for servicing) will help improve the system......Jalu?
