I find the only ring/alert tone that I can actually hear when driving is the "old fashioned" - which I use for incomming call,s but I need another alert tone " for alarms for tasks/appoinments- does anyone know any downloads sites/ offer anyadvice for a ring tone that can be heard?

really easy
take any sound u like and then edit it
