Sorry for bothering you, but I think I am gonna go crazy, because my p800 won't connect to my PC. When I first got my P800 (r1) everything worked great but when I got my phone upgraded(r2) it stoped connecting, Then I downloaded the 1.5.1 sync software for pc and it worked but now it stoped again it just says connecting and nothing hapens. I've looked other posts on Esato and I disabled norton firewall, reinstalled everything reset my phone but the problem is still here. Please help you are my last hope.

the only thing i can suggest is go to control panel pick connection tabs select cable make sure its set to PC connect not modem.

I had a similar problem that was caused by some small utility I even didn't know about.
Do msconfig and disable all startup programs.
Then reboot and install pcsuite again for SE.
After that, reset msconfig to normal startup.
That did it for me. Hope for you too.
