Yes its really easy to track where people have been going on the internet. I used to be responsible for internet access monitoring in my old job. We'd just scan the logs every week for a predefined list of words. Caught quite a few managers that way.."working late"
In my new job they use a bit of software that not only automaticallym parses the address you're visiting for any dodgy contect, but also analyses each and every image you download from a website. If theres to much flesh colour in a picture, it will set off an alarm.
