This is what I got from an official SE-source yesterday.

Upgrade from T68m to T68i will be possible from the end of may, at our retailers with a flashpoint. You can search these at www.sonyericsson.com.

So ther isn't much that the T68 less can then the T68i
You will get everything that the T68i get's too beside the memory than
