> Sw, features and functionality:
> The T68i uses a new sw platform, which introduces a file system. This file system consists of a memory used for storing own objects such as: sound, images and themes.
> However the T68i has inherited the same level of functionality as the R3 sw version for T39/R520, R2 sw version for T68.
>
> MMS
> One of the biggest improvements is that we in the T68i has added the MMS feature with the possibility to include text, pictures (80x60 pixels JPG, GIF and WBMP), sounds (iMelody and others), contacts (vCard), calendar entries (vCal) and notes (vNote). The T68 also supports both SMIL (slide show style) and UAprof:s
>
> WAP
> The WAP browser is 2.0 compliant The main added features are: XHTML, WTP SAR (large data transfer up to 30 Kbytes) and cookies (client based).
>
> GPRS
> The T68i uses the same GPRS stack as R520, T39, T65 and T68. There have of course been performance improvements made (as for the other products as well), based on a lot of IOT testing and issues reported.
>
> E-mail client
> The e-mail client in T68i now also supports IMAP4 (besides POP3 and SMTP). It is also possible to include images in outgoing e-mails (but not possible to receive attachments).
>
> Images
> The T68i consists of an image browser, from which the user has access to pictures stored in the phone, i.e. GIF- (87a and 89a including animations), JPG- and WBMP-images. The maximum number of images is only limited by the amount of free memory.
> The maximum size per picture has the following restrictions:
> · GIF: 160x120 pixels
> · JPG: 640x480 pixels
> · WBMP: 320x320 pixels
>
> Note! The display has a resolution of 101x80 (256 colors), however the image browser supports larger images as stated above.
> Images can be downloaded via WAP, exchanged via Infrared, Bluetooth, EMS and MMS and also from the camera.
>
