The only thing you can do is:

Goto Control Panel/Master Reset/

And then format your memory stick if you wish.

That resets to factory state, why do you want to do a hard reset? You would just lose everything installed, like calendar software, contacts etc? Wouldn't you?

true but if you do the following you can reformat the internal C drive of the phone:
Jog up 1 click
*
Jog down 1 click
Jog down 1 click
*
Jog down 1 click
*

Jog Up/Down 1 click means you rotate the wheel 1 click only, do it while the flip is closed.

this trick will open a menu of various info.
