> P800 & outlook xp on exchange server

Hello
I'm using pc suite software 1.5.1 with my laptop, a sony vaio VAIO PCG-SRX51P/A to synchronize my email application (outlook xp with echange server) with my P800.
The version of the P800 is R2F and windows xp is running on the laptop, with no antivirus software nor any firewall applications installed (but there is a firewall between my laptop and the exchange server), and I tried to sync with both usb station & Bluetooth, with the same results;
The matter is :
1)Pc suite is taking a lot of ressources on the system (cpu time)
2)Random, incomplete synch
3)Extremely slow synch (sometimes up to 20 min to sync even with 1 or 2 elements changed)
Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated
