Where is the earpiece volume control on the T68i? I have been looking all over this dang phone for it - I can only find the ring volume.
Also, I have the BT400 Bluetooth headset, but the volume on it doesn't go very high... especially when I need it in the Jeep. Does the NEW BT400 GII headset have better volume control, and is it very uncomfy/heavy on your ear? Mine isn't... the answer/hang-up button is in an awkward place, tho - I know they've eliminated that problem.
Anyway, answers to the above would be much appreciated. PM me if you'd like.

you must use the volume button on the side to enter the volume menu (and it can only be accessed during a call), then yuou can change the volume with either the volume button, the joystick or the ordinary buttons.
