I hope the battery power on the p810 will be better than the P800.I only get about 2-3 days max on my p800.

Try leaving it alone, it will last longer!
I can't complain the P800's battery durability, what do you expect with a large screen as that.
Handheld devices have a slightly bigger screen and their battery last far less than P800. Plus P800 has network features which has it's own contribution for juice consumption (with all the "Base Station changing" and radio bursts, etc).
But as you can notice the battery cover leaves an empty space between it and the battery itself. As posted earlier this might be a sign of a bigger battery for P800. Maybe a 1500 mAh one, this would get 50% more juice.

erm, maybe in your P800 there is space.. unfortunately on mine (newer model R4a week 20) that "space" has been filled in my horizontal ridges on the inside of the battery cover to make that more firmer

If only the 810 was real, as noted by SE themselves. We do not carry this model, nor have we heard of it. However there was a shipment of dummy phones that was stolen from SE at an airport in London I think, maybe this was a proposed prototype hmmm?
