yeah, happend to me at cpw high street kensington. The most boring part is that they send it to SE so takes 3 weeks. Will get mine back on monday after 3 long weeks.

same thing happened at moko in hayes when i got it upgraded from r1b to r1d. Surely it can't be that hard to do a software upgrade, or at least find a place in London that is reliable!

There is a SE engineer in Tottenham in NE London, the Shop is called R's electronics. Upgraded mine in 1 hour, though he normally asks 2. Did my T68 to T68i in 30 mins
