everytime that one special person from my address book sends me sms it is saved on SIM memory and nowhere else !

it goes on the bottom of the list and every time i must move it from sim - it sux

why is this happening and i repeat it is happening only if one special person ( let it be JOHN SMITH for example ) sends me sms !
