Sendo is suing Orange as it says the SPV infringes there patents and is seeking an injunction to stop the sale of the SPV also they are sing Microsoft over alleged uncompetitive practices in the US stemming from the time when they were co-developing there z100 smartphone and microsoft pulled out to develop the SPV

Our German pals from Smartphone2002.info have spotted interesting article/review with Ron Schaeffer, Head of Product Planning at Sendo. This review has been just published in a very popular German magazine "cīt" (computer tech.) and is available (in German) here. Since we at msmobiles.com are big funs of Microsoft powered cell phones, we feel compelled to expose some lies expressed by Ron Schaeffer and to comment on some of his ridiculous statements.
