Hi,
My new T610 drains the battery in 1-2 days. I hope that's not normal...
And sometimes BlueTooth stops working (cannot connect to it), so I have to restart the phone for it to work.
Are these known problems?

Well It depends on how much you use your T610. When I first got mine it lasted about the same time because i was playing with it loads but now it lasts a little longer as the excitement of a new phone wears off.
As for the bluetooth. Mine occasionally fails to connect to my MSI bluetooth adapter even when i have been using it fine for a few transfers. All i do is try it again and it works.

how long did u charge the battery for the first time?
I charged for 4 hours as the manual said, and i was concerned that this may not have been enough (I've the battery seems to last around 2 days, I have been playing with it a fair bit though)

There is a light in the joystick. Red. It is to indicate when the battery gets very low. Although I have only seen mine once on my just returned T610. My new R3A W22 is still charging. and will be till tomorrow.

The nature of the batteries means that it takes a few charge cycles for them to 'bed in'. You will not see the best battery performance for at least a month.
You can help this, however, by allowing your phone to fully run down before plugging it in.

I may be wrong but I swear I have heard that Li-Polymer batteries don't have this so called running in period. They don't have 'memory' so to speak.
Li-Ion batteries are the ones I think have 'memory' and yes do take some time to wear in but the battery found in the T610, and the T68 infact, doesn't need this conditioning.
I may be speakin complete rubbish but that is how I understand it, so someone correct me if I am wrong and they know better....

My battery gives a good lifetime . It says it will last 16 days and it always lasts over 12 with use as well. My t68 has a li-ion in it and although it gays it doesnt need adding in it definately didn't work well at first . It is up to you . You need to give it at least 6 weeks to ensure it is actually faulty from experience.

I dont know why people always whine about the T68's battery life. It probably has the best battery life out of any candybar phone I've ever used. I get at least 10 days standby if i'm not using it, and around 3 days if I make 1 hour or calls each night. This is far better than anything Nokia (or anyone else for that matter) have come up with.
