> sync software "connecting" hang problem

on win xp i sometimes have a problem that when i drop p800 into its cradle the sync software goes into tick usb com 4 "connecting" mode. but never manages to connect. only way to sort it out is to reboot. anyone else had this, any solutions, is it a bug?? should i inform se if so who? thanks
