I went for the upgrade yesterday to a SE Service Point ...they connected the mobile to their pc ("Emma") ...and my T68 died! ...they could no longer switch it ON! ...they gave me a Motorola T250 and they said it will take at least on month to have it back! They destroid my mobile and now I have to wait one month to have it back! I'm unbelivable upset!!!

Do you think I have to call the Ericsson main Service in Rome to ask them? ...I didn't 'quarreled' with Ericsson Point because I didn't know (and I still don't know) which are my 'rights' ...!?! ...do you think I could ask them for a new mobile? ...to tell you the truth this Motorola is awful!:(

I'm sorry d00d, but that's funny. They screwed ya phone up and they make you use a motorola while they send it back
that's bullshit.

Hehehe I believe you that its stinks
I think you should try to call them or maybe check with the SP if they dont can handle it for you?
A friend of mine "returned" his T65 today claiming that it didnt worked as it supposed to. But the store insisted on sending it to service and should call back when they knew more.
Maybe dont swaps phones as easy as they used to do, but IŽll think you should give it a try!

Si, I'm sure ...but of course it's not only SE service point!:) ...btw tomorrow I'll give a call to Rome ...even if I'm sure my T68 is already on the way to somewhere ...
Ok, has anybody had the same experience and had his mobile replaced immediately? ...if I'm sure of what the 'rules' are, I can shout a little bit more tomorrow morning calling the service!:)

I left it to the store where I bought it, and then after a week they called me and told me that I had a new phone to pick up.
So in my case the store wasnt able to decide, and theyre not an SP though.

Now its time for bed
Gute Nacht alle leute!!
kicks ass in German!

It's not so easy!:( ...first of all they didn't have any t68 to sell in the shop ...second ...I can't really say nothing to them if I don't know really if I'm right or not ...maybe this is the standard behavior ...
Please don't think that I'm too naive or smth. else ...if I know that I'm right of course I'm the first to 'fight'!:)
