Is there anyway where you can make T610 themes for a T300 or something similar of T610's themes?

You cannot use T6x, T3xx themes on T61x phones and vice versa. T61x themes can be much more customized then T6x, T3xx themes.
If you want to convert themes you can use Theme Creator Pro and its feature to import/export XML code and create theme manually...
