does anyone know where i can find a WAP site like what orange UK does. you can click a link on there site and say find the nearest pubs and it will tell you a list of the nearast pubs according to where you are standing. then give you rough directions. as i found that very usefull.
it used to do this by quering the network and finding your cell location and triangulated your position according to the 3 closest cells to you.

I'm with orange, and i've always thought 'where's my nearest' was a bit crap, i remember trying it once outside a bank and it told me my nearest bank was 9 miles away, another time it directed me to my 'nearest' petrol station, which had been closed for years. And most of the time it didn't work at all just returned an error message.
