Yesteday was a bad day for me as I dropped my P800 on to the kitchen floor which is tiled and the screen went kaput and did not work anymore
Today is a really good day for me

and I am very pleased with Orange, I phoned Orange last night to tell them that I had broken my phone and to my amazement they sent me a brand new replacement this morning and it has latest firmware R2F installed

I am a very happy bunny especially as today is a Sunday !!! !!! !!!

Thank You Orange

You have made me a very happy bunny

Didn't they even want to see the broken phone to determine if it can be fixed?
I have never ever had a phone replaced on insurance in less than a week!
Fantastic

Orange have the best insurance I have ever come across. I have had a couple of phones replaced, due to faults and on one occasion due to my son leaving his phone in his pants, and it went through the washing. They replace with in 24hrs and if you ring before 10.00am you often get a replacement that day after 18.00hrs. Try beating that.

I was in my garage putting up some shelves up my P800 was in my pocket it fell head first....From height of 3Ft......on to concrete.....I was shocked.....picked it up and not even a scratch....Yes Orange have great aftercare especially when my T100 stopped working last year told orange day later a guy gave me a replacement one . But he forgot to take the other T100 which i got fixed for a tenner then sold for 250 a week later!
