Hi There,

Just did a search on the above and can find no really helpful RECENT posts up about this. I am on T-mobile contract and my husband has just got an O2 pay as you go T300. There has been all the usual O2 palaver re settings, gprs activation etc (yawn !!!)....but no-one will give him a straight answer about x-network MMS messenging. Now that nowmms is shutting down I will have to go back to t-mobile server for this, but up until then I have been able to send him messages no probs......So guys, can someone let me know what is going on with MMS at the moment in the uk ? Are any/all networks compatible now ? Or is there just a few of them that will let you MMS someone on a different network.

Thanks in advance !!

Hi
I'm on O2. I can send MMS to other networks no probs but if anyone sends one to me it don't work. Just comes through as a text message with a web addy to get the MMS from. I've rang O2 loads of times and they ain't been much help to be honest. The last phone call to them yesterday they tried to tell me they don't support the T610. When I poited out to the guy on the phone that they are selling them on their site he was lost for words. He then put me on hold for a few mins and then told me the problem would be sorted soon but said it could be a few days or a few weeks.
Pretty frustrating and my mates are getting peed off with wasting money on MMS's to me
Cheers, Rich

I'm on O2, and I've sent and received MMSs from a friend on Vodafone without any problems.
