I can't see what makes you think that one is a scam? unlike the others ones mentioned recently.

What makes you think it is a scam?

Just have no trust in Ebay anymore ...

Phone isn't avaliable yet is it ?

and zero feedback seller......

Be careful anyone who may bid on this because if you get ripped Ebay do not want to know really , useless!!!

Yeah, the blue and red are available in asia but no, I also would not trust a new seller from another country!

Don't be put off too much by ebay though. With the right precautions you can do well. I have a rating of 106 with 100% positive feedback and have only ever had one problem from a buy who did not pay.

In general though, I always choose auctions for mobile phones or PC's within reasonable distance from me so I can collect. Thats my main rules and so far so good!

When a person is registered in the US, and the item is located in the UK, it is inevitably a scam. First thing to check before bidding !

I disagree.. I have bought around 7 or 8 items from different US sellers.

I do agree you have to be cautious but you can't just say they are from xyz therefore its a scam.

Yup, may well be a scam. Might not be though - you can't say 'blue isn't available so it is certainly a scam'. I've seen photos of blue and red T610's in the hands of US friends - they can import them from Asia far easier than we can, and they are available over there.

Yeah , maybe i am a little to critical about Ebay , its just because i was scammed and Ebay don't want to know about it gives me little faith, but im sure 90% of sellers/buyers are okay on their.

Anyone , happy bidding and selling to all who use Ebay...

Read my post again. If a person is REGISTERED in the US and the item is LOCATED in the UK, then it is an inevitable scam. People steal someone's Ebay account (which is inevitably from the US as they are the biggest users). Why else would a person register in the US and then sell from the UK ?
