> Replacement phone-why is it still playing up?

Hello,
Having recieved my replacement phone yesterday i have a two problems. My First problem is that my phone's battery moves when i type and when i use it in general-i dont know why this is. The second problem is much more significant. Here the signal on my phone fluxuates from having a five bar to having a one bar etc. Thus meaning that i never seem to have a stable signal in one place. I am with Orange on Pay as you Go and my phone model is a T68i. Could anyone please tell why this problem occurs and if there is anything that can be done to resolve it?

You bought faulty hardware so settle for absolutely nothing less than an instant replacement (again).

The thing is i sent my phone to Celestica and they sent this new replacement back. Originally i sent my old handset and they accidently sent it back(got muddled up with the new handset and my original one got sent back to me) Then i phoned them and was told to sent my original back and they'd sent me the replacement phone. So i did that and then they sent this phone back(the one i recieved yesterday). I dont understand why it is faulty as it's brand new. I dont really fancy sending a phone to Celestica for the third time so if there is any other way i'd appreciate the help.

I dont think it is a duff one as it seems to be brand new and in perfect condition. My main worry is the signal-would orange be able to update my sim to correct the problem.

I need everybody's help on whether what i've been told is plausible or not. Having rung Orange and explained about my phone i was told that 3 out of 4 transmitters that my phone uses to recieve a signal are down, therefore causing the signal to fluxuate. I then enquired as to why my friends nokia also using orange has strong signal strength that does not fluxuate and i was told it all depended on the antenna that is in the phone and that his nokia had a stonger/better one than my Ericsson. What does everybody think of this explanation? Is it valid-i was told that it wouldnt be repaired until the 14th.
