On a T68/T68i it is not possible to change *anything* about the clock!

The operator text can be changed by using another theme. (At least, at a T300 :-D)

No you cannot.
As was said above - nothing to do with the clock can be edited.
You also cannot change the operator text to a logo as you can with nokia phones.

Just create your own theme, based on the theme you're using! There's many good software to do that (download at www.clubsonyericsson.com). Greetzz
