I'm trying to create some themes for the t610. How do I go about converting pictures to the right colour depth? What software do I need to do it?
Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a search but found nothing.

Use something like Photoshop and save your images as 256 colour GIFs with an adaptive palette (seems to work better than JPEGs). If you do decide to try JPEGs they're already 24-bit files and don't need changing to any other colour depth. However, make sure the 'progressive' option isn't turned on when you save them.
