hi...
its odd but there are no bluetooth drivers on the billionton site anymore. the following link ain't working either :
http://www.billionton.com.tw/extra/download.htm
could someone pls tell me where could i download the latest drivers for the billionton bluetooth adaptor. and what's the difference between the 1.3.2.7 drivers of different companies, or are they the same i.e. 1.3.2.7 drivers from msi or tdk and billionton are the same thing or are they different. i know i might be sounding a bit stupid but i am kind of a newbie when it comes to bluetooth.
thanx for helpin
ps: read abt 1.4.2.1 tdk bluetooth driver somewhere (but can't find it anywhere), is that the latest driver compatible with all usb bluetooth adaptors? is the same driver available from billionton?

I may be well off the mark here but I think that the "1.3.2.7" is the version of the standard Widcomm software included in the driver kit, and each dongle manufacture adds their own specific device drivers onto it. Therefore, a driver from another manufacture probably won't work.
If I were you I'd phone/e-mail my dongle manufacturer and ask them where I can get the drivers I need. They must be available somewhere as long as the company still exists!

The latest versions of the Widcomm stack (1.4x) are locked to the specific hardware that it has been licensed for. I have a D-link dongle which uses 1.41 b6 and I am typing this to you on my Microsoft keyboard, while the mouse and phone are also connected via Bluetooth. It works very, very well. Also, I've been told that the last numbers after 1.4 in the latest builds are simply to signify the vendor specific versions. So, 1.4.2 from TDK and 1.41b6 from D-link are aparently the same version.
