Where can I get this update? I'd like to sync my P800 with a Macintosh. But with the software R1D it doesn't work...

You get R2F at a SE service center. Call SE to ask where the closest SE service center is for you. And no you can't upgrade it yourself.

No u can't. I bought the p800 one week ago and I installed MAC OS X, iCal, iSync and it doesn't work... my Mac can't find the p800... if u know how it work, please tell me.

Unfortunately, it works unreliably in R1D and R2F. I had problems with the first setup although it did work from time to time. I have now upgraded and still have problems. Even a bit more unfortunately.
Guess we'll have to wait for isync 1.2 at least
