Hi,
I've got two SE phones which have network customisations, a T68i with Vodafone, and a T610 with T-Mobile.
I'm probably gonna sell the T68i soon, and I'd like to remove all traces of the Vodafone customisations from it. The phone has had a master reset on a few occasions, and it's had it's firmware updated once, but the customisations remain.
Can anyone tell me how I might go about getting these removed?
I will also want to get rid of the T-Mobile customisations on my T610 once my years contract is up.

this thread. I expect if it works for vodafone then it will be the same t-mobile.
