Sometimes (quite a lot now actually), when I call someone on my P800 I can't hear the 'ring-ring' that comes before they answer..............so I only hear something when the persons picks up.
Does anyone know if this this is a firmware problem? Or should I try and get a replacement under the warranty?

That is a network problem, so it could be your sim. Call your sim provider and ask them about this. I get it now and then and Vodafone tells me it's the sim or their network. They offered to send a new sim, but heck don't need one yet. I like my Europolitan sim.

I had the same problem on my P800 for the last week only, and I was confused about the reason, so I noticed the following.
- It is only happening in the morning for a couple of hours. ( I usually recharge the phone at night while it is off)
- the ringone is heard after 5 to 7 seconds.
- Once I didn't recharge it, and the problem didn't happen.
- Today I performed a master reset and recharged the phone to the max, and it didn't happen.
So I am not sure if this is an operator problem or a recharge problem, since it didn't happen with other people using P800 with the same operator.
