I have just been reading a thread about upgrading the software on the P800, I have a service centre (reasonably) local and had the software upgraded on my T68 to T68i for free.

What is the latest version of software for the P800?
How do I find out my current version?
How do you qualify for free upgrade?

Apologies if this has been discussed, I could not find a thread on it.

latest version is r2f. To qualify all you need is proof of purchase.

check your version on the main organiser screen under view......system prefs

Thanks for the reply, my version says R1D, is there a big difference from this version to the latest? Is it worth doing?

R2F is only some bug fixes from R2D. Nothing noticeable.

If you are upgrading in the UK and you are on Orange, it's a very very grey area. Hopefully you're not .....
