I have just bought a P800 and it's brill, well it will be when they bring Office Pro out.
I was wondering why and where in the uk to get the upgrade firmware, i am using R1D.
Also how much does this cost.
Love this forum, keep up all the good posts etc.

I rang up my local Carphone Warehouse and they pointed me to another fairly local branch that did software upgrade. Took it to them and left it with them for 3 or 4 days and they did it for free, under warranty. Admittedly my phone had locked up completely but because I understand they get paid something by SE they should do it for free anyway.
