I just received my datacable but I have no idea how to download themes, pictures and ringtones to my T610 with it?

I've installed the SE software but that only lets me sync with outlook?

download SonyEricsson MyPictures from the link on the first post on this thread and you can use that to upload files TO your phone, but not vice versa.
