I there.
I am planning to buy a T310 , but I would like to know
if I can develop software with Mophun SDK and install
and run it in my T310 without anything else.
Do I need to pay por a certificate?
Thanks!!

Need to send any programms you create with Mophun SDK to Synergenix in order to certificate it. Note also that you can't even test your own progs on your own T310!! Synergenix have to check em first. Damn this "certificate" policy sucks.

Why the official site does not mention anything about that?
It only mensions that you can program to C++ and it will work just that.
The first time i herad about certificate was when I downloaded a mophun game from kazza and it told me some certificate crap

Elefas: Later , after posting this question , I was looking around
por more info , and I found that this certification is done nearly
automatically by a certification tools (mocert).
It SEEMS that you compile your program and use mocert to
have their servers examine your op-code ... just to verify you
don't use any exploit and so (I suppose... I don't want to
think they just want to get all our code for free...hmmm)....
I'll try when I get this phone (hope soon!)
ArnoldC: Hi , I went there but I only found a SDK that I think it's
not suitable for the T310 platform.. am I wrong?
I think that T310 is ONLY enabled to make use of Mophun and
no other SDK ... Am I wrong again?
Thanks to both!!!

That's almost correct. Mocert certifies the program for use only on the developer's specific IMEI. It doesn't really do any checking of the code. Basically, you send the program to them with mocert and they send it back instantly certified to your IMEI.
For development, this is sufficient, since you only really need to test it on one or two phones.
From a developer's point of view, this is great (IMHO). Having certifications and distributers, etc almost guarantees that once you create a good game, you're going to get paid revenue for it
