Hi I've recieved some email with small jpg's attached to them.
The complete email is downloaded, about 35 kb.
But I can't find where I can view or even better save the pictures..
Couldn't find anything about it in the manual.
Isn't it possible??
Thanks

I have just sent tested this also, as metioned above the phone does download the attachment but I certainly can not find any way to view the attachment.
(the attachment was a very small jpeg)
The attachment is no where to be found!!!!!
In fact you cant even forward the email on to anyone else to view the attachment, only reply!!
It seems that the t610 email client is a little buggy to say the least!!
regards
Dan

if the email is sent to to a pop3 email server, you will not be able to view attachments. however, i was successful in sending a .jpg to a t610 using my servivce provider's email addy (1234567890@tmomail.net)

doing it that way doesn't it come through to the phone as an MMS message rather than an email?

yes it does, but u can use any email editor to add text and attach the picture(jpg, gif, bmp)from anywhere, not just the fon; so in essence same as any other email, just a diff. addy. plus, you have the benefit of having an alert when the message (mms) is recd. any other attachments though could not be opened (.thm/ringtones,etc.)

That's great, but I don't want to use MMS it's way too expensive!
Email is cheap!
Is it possible to open attachements on a t68i?

no, the T68i has the same issues in regards to attachments that the T610 has

MMS taken out of the same budget/allotment as emails-GPRS data. it could be expensive depending on the size of the pic, but you would be charged the same if you were to open attachments in email.at least thats how it works with T-MO north america; not quite familiar with other plans, whether they charge for extra for MMS.
