Please Help: Using a T610 with a Mitsumi dongle, and the widcomm suite 1.3.2.7 - and I managed to get the widcomm suite to recognise the mitsumi dongle. I have installed the latest SE sync software as well.
Basically the software won't find any of the phone services.
When I try to discover phone services - it always returns "no services"
I can transfer pics from the phone to the PC no problem - but I can't seem to send anything the other way...
Anyone know how to solve this?

1.3.2.7 from Mitsumi.de does not work with the WIF-0402C adapter. You need to obtain the software from other sources.

Thanks for the advice
could u perhaps recommend a good source for the 1.3.2.7 drivers? (which manufacturer)
Any idea why the 1.3.2.7 drivers provided by mitsumi don't even work on the mitsumi dongle?

The new driver from Mitsumi only works for their newer models. I don't know of any source right now, since they have all been closed

Problem solved:
For future reference, the Mitsumi dongle can be operated with ver. 1.3.2.7 widcomm drivers-
brief instructions:
Uninstall all instances of Bluetooth software first.
get generic 1.3.2.7 drivers, do a google search, should be zip archive about 13mb
Then modify the archive as follows:
Replace the license.dat file with the one from here
http://www.sponsorswin.com/bluetooth/
Then edit the btwusb.inf file as follows:
under [widcomm]
replace the line %TDK.DeviceDesc%=BTWUSB, USBVID_04BF&PID_0309 ; TDK CSR based VID&PID
with this %TDK.DeviceDesc%=BTWUSB, USBVID_03EE&PID_641F ; TDK CSR based VID&PID
NOTE: install the widcomm software by opening the setup.exe file and not the msi file, I had some trouble with this.
Now install the software, then plug in the dongle - when you are prompted to install drivers - point it to c:program fileswidcommbluetooth softwarebin
And tell it to install TDK drivers (it may do this automatically)
So essentially the mitsumi dongle gets recognised as a TDK dongle - and everything works fine.
