Does anybody have a T68 with a 'fully conditioned battery' that they have discharged and recharged a lot of times so that it now works fully as it should (you know how new batteries don't last as long as a properly conditioned one does)?

If you have, what talk and standby times are you getting?

Thanks

Terry

GPRS always on and Bluetooth on "automatic"

Standby approx : 325 - 345 hours.

BTW: gprs doesn't lower battery-standby.

I have no reason to belive that this statement not is true. The FAQ found on the SonyEricsson site claims that the GPRS doesn't lower the batter time, but at the same time they also claims that a images with a size less than 3000 bytes is fine for download via WAP. I know for a fact that this not is correct.

LAFFEN : I mainly wrote about the gprs-thing, because its been told before, that battery would be drained by some 30 % when using gprs. Later they discovered that it was not true.

About the wap-download/3 kb
This might be a stupid question from me : Are there problems with pictures up to 3 Kb on wap ?
Should they actually be smaller than 3 kb ?

(reason: I dont use it, I use IR)

Yes, most images must be reduced to 2700 bytes before they are successfully displayed on the phone.

Try lowering your volume of the speaker when you're making a call, it signifcantly increases the caculated battery life of talk time
