> Should I buy a T610?

hi all,
the t610 has just been released in australia and i've seen some ppl running around with them. my plan is coming close to the end and it would be nice to upgrade - but i am not sure whether the t610 would be worthwhile.
i don't know - i mean it seems to be a great phone with everything that i need and want - but my t68i pretty much covers everything already. should i bother?
hmm - maybe it's because when i bought the t68 i was going 'wow this has everything!' while now when i look at the t610 - it's more of an evolution rather than a revolution?

you sound pretty happy with your T68i and if you don't want anything more from your phone then I wouldn't recommend spending the money.
If however you want java or mophun capability, or simply a better screen (except outdoors) or an inbuilt cam (although less resolution than the MCA cams).... then go for it!

But I ended up buying the T610 because it is the best handset for my needs today. The screen rocks (although it hasnt improved under sunlight) and Java/Polyphonics/Camera all work very well. Also, if you dont already have a Bluetooth adaptor for your computer you should get one to use your T610 to its maximum. In short, yes it IS an evolution, but still well worth it.
BTW, if you really arent interested in buying the T610, you could wait for the Motorola V600.

Just wait for one more month. I bought mine 3 weeks ago; it's still the same price but they are giving Dolce Gabbana (or whatever it is written; I'm not a "fashion" guy) sunglasses with a purchase of T610 or P800...
