I tried to make some wav with GoldWave and save them in format 'Microsoft ADPCM 44kHz 4bit Mono'. They sound on PC but not in P800. I think they should got similar format as your wav's. Any idea whats the difference?

That's because Microsoft ADPCM format is not recognised by the phone. You should use IMA ADPCM (preferably at 22 Khz, 4 Bit, Stereo) or GSM 6.10.
I use Soundforge 6 for editing thus i don't know if those formats are supported in Goldwave.
