I have one also. For the moment, fedex has it cause I sent it to SE for "warranty repairs". I told them that in the month I had it so far, it has crashed 3 times. I have been without it for 2 weeks, today.

No kidding re the update. I am heading to Europe on Friday and hope to find a place that can do it for me quickly while I am there.
I am here on Long Island in NY, and am frustrated with the old firmware! I do get looks when I use the phone, though!

I did finally get my phone back. It came with R2D. I have not had it long enough to give an evaluation on that firmware upgrade. As soon as I do, I will post one if it has not been posted already.
