I just talked to my contact in SE, and he told me that they plan to release the software upgrade in the third quarter of this year.. and probably in september..
I was hoping for earlier upgrade there are alot of bugs that needs fixing
I just wanted to share this with you.. I hope they change their plans and release it before
like tomorow ...

Cytech says there has been a new firmware version coming for a while now.
I guess we'll see but of course the question is what will they fix?

Major bug fixes.. of course..
He also talked about the image editor.. it might get more advanced, but maybe not for the first release...
I told him that I wanted No increasing, and speaker phone if possible, and also wav ringingtones
But I don't think he has much to say about it..

I'm fairly happy with it as it stands, but I'm always keen to get new firmware whenever it comes out.
The trouble is, those of us who bought it online or SIM-free mail order may not be able to easily go back there to ask for the flash.
I would have thought there'd be a way to get the update into the phone via a download and then cable connection or something. I don't mind doing it myself.
