Hallo Folks. I have a software version R1B008 and i readed here that latest version of T300 is R1G. What is new or change from my version?

AFAIK R1B was the first european version and R1D the first UK version. My son got his T300 from Brussels and started with R1B and my daughter got hers from Vodafone and it had the R1D.
Both were upgraded a couple of months back to R1G and both said wow! how much faster it is and my son reckons he can get more space on his when he resets compared to with R1B.

The R1G firmware fixed my gprs connection so I could wap with Comviq (a network operator) which I couldn't do before. But in R1G the Erix game is deleted, but I haven't noticed any more memory though.

Orange UK ships all its t300s with r1b. R1g deleted erix when i upgraded, and gave me 600k free. Upgrading to t310 firmware gave me thps4, minigolf, ace of spade, and 600k free.
