Hey Dudes,
I have just bought a data cable for my T300 but im not sure how to send stuff from my phone 2 my pc do u know how?????????

As I recall, you can't send stuff from your phone to your computer using a cable. I maybe wrong since its been a while since I had a T300, but I think u have to use infrared to send stuff from your phone --> computer.
Sending from your computer --> phone on the other hand, is no problem. Just use the program Send File. (do a search on the forums to get the link)
The T300 is really shitty when it comes to communication between the phone and a computer with a cable.
You can't sync the phone book, and you can't use the phone as a modem....
But I heard that the next firmware however contains sync. and other stuff you might find usefull while using a cable on T300.
(Im not sure this is correct)

I use an unofficial t39 data cable. You can only send from pc to phone using cable. To transfer from phone to pc use infra red.
