Where would I find all relevant firmware for the t300? I'm running R1B and would like to upgrade to the newest one as I find the phone very slow. I have a cable (although it says on it t68), but the shop who I bought it from said that it would work with the t300.

That's so weird! When I go to
www.sonyericsson.com and choose my loaction, then support, the far right option on the menu line below is dealer locator.
