When i was browsing throught the filemanager i noticed 2 drives: the A: & the Z: drive, do these drives comes with the phone or does Emame make them, if so is it wise to delete them ? and how do u delete them ?

They come with the phone. And you can't delete them. They are "write over only when using specially made procuts used by SE sertified techs equipment." Also known as "WOOWUSMPUSESTE" or Emma 2.
